To comply with NFPA 70B code, listed or approved devices are required. SwitchMon's BASE-SM-5 base units meet that requirement.
The SwitchMon Sensorgateway v5 (BASE-SM-5-24V) is the entry level base unit. It requires by default a network cable and 24v DC or PoE power input. Suited for use inside IT & commercial environments to monitor UPS and other batteries.
The SwitchMon Sensorgateway v6 (BASE-SM-6) is our next generation base unit. More power, more protocols, more security - all in a compact form factor. Desgined for utility and industrial environments.
