Enhancing Safety in Automation & Electrical Panels
Understanding the Risks
Maximize the reliability and enhance the safety of your automation and electrical panels with our advanced Panel Sensor. This innovative system provides continuous monitoring of critical environmental factors within your panels, potentially offering early detection of anomalies that could lead to costly downtime or safety hazards.

By continuously monitoring for indicators of overheating, insulation breakdown, and component failure, the Panel Sensor contributes to a proactive maintenance approach. It can potentially detect subtle changes in VOCs, NOx, CO, smoke, temperature, and humidity—all early warning signs of potential issues.

Overheating components and electrical faults can release volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and nitrogen oxides (NOx), which our sensor is designed to detect. The presence of carbon monoxide (CO) can signal incomplete combustion processes, while smoke detection provides immediate alerts for potential fire hazards. The Panel Sensor also closely monitors temperature spikes and elevated humidity levels, which can accelerate corrosion and increase the risk of short circuits.

Integrating seamlessly with existing building management systems or monitoring platforms, the Panel Sensor provides peace of mind through continuous data logging and early warnings. This proactive approach not only enhances safety but also helps reduce downtime and maintenance costs, ensuring the longevity of your valuable equipment and the smooth operation of your critical processes.
